To celebrate the launch of the Nitro Pepsi, Pepsi has transformed the High Roller Sky Lounge into an immersive sensory experience. Nitro Pepsi is the first-ever nitrogen-infused cola that’s actually softer than a soft drink. The Sky Lounge is the first venue in the world to have Nitro Pepsi on tap. Enjoy it while you can because this unique experience is only available March 25 to April 25, 2022.
For those seeking to fully enjoy the experience, I would recommend trying one of the four unique cocktails that were created using the Nitro Pepsi.

My personal favorite is the Golden Handshake. It makes you feel like true royalty sipping on gold as you overlook the Vegas strip inside of the Highroller. Sounds very fitting when you say that out loud.
This limited experience was crafted to truly enhance the Nitro Pepsi’s attributes. There is science involved all the way down to the way it’s poured. Let’s break the science down on what makes it worthwhile to experience Nitro Pepsi from the tap.
The specially designed Nitro Pepsi fountain chills the cola so that it’s poured at a perfect 33° (F) every time. The nitrogen micro-bubbles create a smooth, velvety foam that cascades and is then sliced off for an even finish. This beverage is best enjoyed in a tall glass without ice. The drink should be sipped directly from the glass and not through a straw.
If you happen to be in Las Vegas this month, you might want to stop by the High Roller. The High Roller is located at the LINQ Promenade. It is the tallest observation wheel in North America.
