Tory Lanez Becomes QUARANTINE KING
The versatile Canadian producer and songwriter Tory Lanez has become the official “Quarantine King”.
Since the Coronavirus (COVID-19) hit the United States, Tory Lanez has been killing it. He’s been on live interviews doing freestyles as a precursor to his new album “The New Toronto 3” which drops Friday, April 10th.
Lanez has been also enticing his fan base with his Instagram Live show series, “Quarantine Radio” as entertainment for his following amidst the COVID-19 quarantine. His “Quarantine Radio” show has featured many guests including Drake, 21 Savage, French Montana, Boosie Badazz, and more. His live streams have also featured “Twerk Contests”, which became one of the main highlights of his show keeping his viewers count in the hundreds of thousands. After several episodes of the “Quarantine Radio” IG LIVE series, Tory Lanez averaged over 350,000 viewers.
Recently, Instagram has been cracking down on live streams that violate their nudity guidelines. Instagram suspended Tory Lanez’s account until April 14th. Lanez stated in a video post, how he tried to make a new Instagram page to go live reaching 100,000 viewers but Instagram has also suspended that page. Despite Instagram policing his social media activities, nothing seems to get him down, hence reasons why I officially crown Tory Lanez the “Quarantine King”.
Regardless of the funk, Tory Lanez continues to keep us all tuned in by announcing that the new episode of “Quarantine Radio” will go live on Monday.
